I am a compassionate therapist who specializes in helping kids, teens, and adults with challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, interpersonal conflicts, suicidal ideation, self-harm & more. I utilize CBT and DBT techniques to support the development of healthy cognitive patterns and promote healing. I am passionate about mindfulness and bring a humanistic approach to therapy. I see clients in-person at our Bloomfield office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Sunday to Thursday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
