I enjoy working and supporting adults. I help clients cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment issues. I also focus on social/emotional challenges and strengthening family relationships. When working with adults, I take a mindfulness approach and include motivational interviewing and assertiveness training. I'm part of the team at Resolution Counseling Center's Millburn office and we want to make it easy to start therapy. I see clients in person at our Millburn office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Monday through Friday and offer daytime and evening appointments.
