My Approach
I love to work with adults, couples, teens, and youth to manage anxiety, depression, the transition to adulthood, and sobriety and recovery. I utilize the Gottman Method with couples to improve communication and increasing understanding. I help clients heal by gaining insight, setting goals, and creating habits that help you flourish. I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Sunday to Thursday and will offer daytime, evening, & weekend appointments soon.
