My Approach

As a veteran, a mom, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I bring valuable lived experience to my work, particularly in supporting veterans and first responders in trauma recovery and providing affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I support women and couples through relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and intimacy / sexual concerns. In sessions, I use mindfulness, art therapy, and Gottman Method couples techniques, among other things. I believe in creating a therapeutic space where you'll feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I am part of the team at Resolution Counseling Center's Jersey City office and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, Continental, Cigna, Horizon, BCBS, Anthem, Empire, Medicare, and 1199 plans. You can call us, email us, or visit us online.

I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Sunday to Thursday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
