My Approach

My passion is working with parents and couples who are navigating infertility, pregnancy, the transition to parenthood, & parenting challenges. With adults, I assist them with decreasing stress, anxiety, and depression. We also work through family conflict, relationship issues, grief and loss, recovery from abuse/trauma, and navigating ADHD. I like to use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness interventions when working with clients in therapy. I also hold a Certificate in Perinatal Mental Health.
