My Approach

I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management & PTSD. I offer personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Trauma Informed Care, & Motivational Interviewing. I use a client-centered approach to create a safe, nurturing environment where individuals feel genuinely heard and understood. I value the trust clients place in me and consider it a privilege to listen to their stories.

I'm part of Resolution Counseling Center's Bloomfield office team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Horizon, BCBS, Anthem, Empire, Medicare, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Oscar, and 1199 plans. I see clients in-person at our Bloomfield office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Tuesday to Saturday and will offer daytime, evening, & weekend appointments soon.
