I work with adults and couples. I am a client-focused, empathetic, and devoted psychotherapist who has been in the social services field for over a decade. I work with the perinatal population with a focus on infertility, pregnancy, parenting, and postpartum anxiety and depression. I also work with individuals struggling with various forms of anxiety, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and the effects of trauma and domestic violence. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare, Oscar, 1199 plans, BCBS, and Horizon. We are not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid, or Tricare Plans.

I am based in our Jersey City office and offer telehealth video sessions. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, BCBS/Horizon/Empire/Anthem, and United/Optum/Oxford. We are out of network (OON) with all other plans but can check coverage and submit claims for you.
