My Approach

I specialize in helping women navigate grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, relationship challenges, and big transitions like becoming parents or ending a relationship. I am especially passionate about supporting women through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and reproductive trauma, and have a Certificate in Perinatal Mental Health. I'm part of the team at Resolution Counseling Center's Jersey City office and we want to make it easy to start therapy. I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ and NY. I work Tuesday to Saturday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
